As a fundraising initiative, each year, Mrs. Kim Simplis Barrow hosts an Inspiration Calendar and Agenda Launch in collaboration with a local design and printing company, McNab Visual Strategies. The Inspiration Calendar, which first debuted in December 2011, is an exciting event for the children with disabilities, who create artwork displayed in the calendars, as well as their families, who travel from all over the country to be a part of the event.

By showcasing the talent of children with disabilities, the Inspiration Calendar has become an effective awareness tool in reducing the stigma and discrimination against persons with disabilities and aims to embrace their abilities and potential. Aside from the artwork, the calendar features a picture and short biography of each artist and is disseminated free of cost, while the accompanying agenda is sold to raise funds for the sustainability of the Center, which has played an instrumental role in improving the lives of disabled children in Belize.
